Fire safety
Fire safety (FS)
Fire safety is a set of measures laid down in legislation and by the employer. They are meant to prevent damages to human health or life-threatening dangers during a working process and damages to the company’s or private property.
For legal persons, the responsibility for meeting the obligations of fire safety lays in the hands of the statutory authority and for natural persons in the hands of these persons or a responsible representative, alternatively the owner of the hired premises (unless the contract stipulates otherwise).
